Lumpkins Spiers focuses our services for individuals on probate, estate and trust administration, and fiduciary-related matters, real estate sales transactions including short sales, partition suits and selling property of an incapacitated owner, deeds in lieu of foreclosure, other financial distress planning and workouts including representation in bankruptcy.
Lumpkins Spiers’ business services include counseling on matters ranging from choice of entity, formation, multiple-member operating agreements, shareholder agreements, real estate acquisition, contract review, alternative dispute resolution such as mediation, loan workouts, distress planning, to the sale of a business. We also provide outside “in-house” counsel for businesses not ready to hire full time inside counsel.
For our “general counsel” clients’ legal matters where we don’t provide the actual legal services we can manage (and help select, if needed) outside counsel.
